Our Retained Server Support agreement provides access to our Network
Specialists and ensures you only pay for services received. An additional annual fee is charged for each item that requires support, and then call and parts charges are debited from your held balance. As with all our account-based solutions, we do not round up our charges, and any unused balance can be carried forward indefinitely, refunded, or transferred to any of
our other services.
